Child safety standards
Zero tolerance. Liveink does not allow any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). When we find it, we remove it, permanently ban the accounts involved and report it to the authorities.
1. Who can use Liveink
Liveink is a private drawing app for small groups of friends who already know each other. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account; the app asks for your year of birth and our server refuses sign-ups below the minimum age. There is no public feed, no public profile, no search for strangers, and nobody can send you anything until you have accepted them as a friend.
2. What is not allowed
- Child sexual abuse material of any kind: drawings, photos, edited or AI-generated images, stickers, captions or messages that depict a minor in a sexual way or sexualise a minor.
- Grooming: befriending or contacting a minor in order to sexually exploit them, asking a minor for sexual images, or arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any threat, coercion or payment offer aimed at a minor.
- Sharing, requesting, linking to, selling or advertising any of the above.
These rules are part of our Terms of Service. Breaking them ends your access to Liveink.
3. How to report a child safety concern
- In the app: open the person (friend list, chat, or the drawing or photo you received), tap the menu, choose Report and pick Child safety concern. A copy of the reported drawing or photo is attached to the report as evidence, and you can block the person in the same step.
- From Settings: Settings > About > Child safety opens this page.
- By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Child safety". Describe what you saw and give the person's display name. Do not attach or forward abusive images yourself.
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local police or emergency number first.
4. What we do with a report
- Child safety reports are reviewed by a person, before any other report, as quickly as possible.
- An account can be put on hold at once while a report is reviewed; several reports against the same account put it on hold automatically.
- Content confirmed as CSAE is removed and the account is permanently banned. A banned person cannot reconnect with the reporter.
- Evidence is kept securely, only by the people handling the case and only for as long as the law requires, so that it can be given to law enforcement.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline and to the competent regional and national authorities, and we respond to valid requests from law enforcement.
5. How the app is built to prevent abuse
- Friends only: drawings, photos and messages go only to people who accepted each other as friends. Strangers cannot find you or write to you.
- Block at any time: blocking ends the friendship, removes shared drawings and stops all contact.
- Minimum age 16, checked at sign-up.
- No public content and no public profiles.
6. Compliance with the law
Liveink complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including the obligations to remove child sexual abuse material and to report it to the relevant authorities, and with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.
7. Child safety contact
Our designated child safety contact can answer questions about our CSAM prevention practices and compliance: [email protected] (subject "Child safety"). Operator: App Dexter Limited, Rm C, 7/F, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.
